Give a customer their own price list
A wholesale buyer should not see your retail prices. Assigning a price list to the customer decides what their orders are priced from.
Assign a list to one customer
Section titled “Assign a list to one customer”- Open Customers and open the customer.
- Go to the Pricing assignments tab.
- Under Price-list assignments, click Assign.
- Choose the Price list. The currency comes from the list.
- Click Save.
A customer has one list per currency. Assigning a second list in the same currency replaces the first. To clear one, use Remove assignment.
If assigning a customer to a price list needs approval in your workspace, the drawer says Sent for review. The customer keeps their current list until it is approved.
Assign a list to many customers
Section titled “Assign a list to many customers”- In the customer list, select the customers.
- Click Price list, choose the list in Assign a price list and click Assign.
Archived customers cannot be assigned. The dialog tells you how many of the selection can be.
What the customer then gets
Section titled “What the customer then gets”- A new order for this customer prices its lines from their list for the order currency. See How Keelvy decides which price a buyer gets.
- On your storefront, a customer with a price list sees its prices once signed in. See Choose who can see your storefront and its prices.
Customer overrides
Section titled “Customer overrides”A customer can also carry overrides on top of the list: a fixed price, a discount or markup (percent or amount), limited to everything, a brand, a category or a product, with dates. They appear under Customer overrides on the same tab and take precedence over the assigned list.
