Start your free trial

Every workspace starts on a plan with free days first. You pick the plan, name the workspace and save a card. The number of free days is on the plan screen and on the pricing page.

Create the workspace

On Your account, click Create a workspace. If you arrived from a Start button on keelvy.com, the plan you chose is already selected.
Choose a plan. The cards show prices in your currency. Switch Billing period between Monthly and Yearly to see both. Compare plans shows every plan side by side.
If the page asks for your Billing country, choose it. The country decides the currency you pay in. When Keelvy can tell where you are, this question is skipped.
Enter the Workspace name, for example Lumen & Fern. You can rename it later in Settings → General.
Click Start free trial. A payment window opens. Enter your card.
You return to Your account and watch the workspace being prepared. You can close the page; the work continues, and the workspace is on your account page when you come back.
When it appears in Your workspaces, click Open.

What is charged

Nothing today. The card is saved to start the trial, and the first payment is taken when the free days end. See What happens when your free trial ends.

In Ukraine, where payment is in hryvnia, the first payment is blocked on your card instead of left alone. It is a block, not a charge, and it is taken when the trial ends unless you cancel first.

One trial per person

A person gets one free trial. If you already used yours, the form shows Due today with the price, and the second workspace is paid from the start.

If you close the payment window

Nothing is charged. The workspace shows Waiting for payment on your account. Click Finish paying to reopen the payment window, or Cancel this attempt to drop it.

If you came from Shopify

A workspace started from the Shopify install is billed through your Shopify store, in US dollars. You approve the charge on Shopify’s page, and nothing is taken until the free days end.
