Cancel your subscription
Canceling stops the next charge. Nothing is switched off today.
Cancel
Section titled “Cancel”- Open Settings → Billing. Only an Administrator or General manager can.
- Under Cancel the subscription, click Cancel the subscription.
- Click Yes, stop renewing. Click Keep it to back out.
The status changes to Canceled.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”The workspace stays live until the date shown, which is what the current period was paid for. Canceling does not return any money. If you want the last payment back, ask for a refund as well.
If you cancel during the free trial, nothing is charged. In Ukraine, where the first payment is blocked on your card, canceling ends the trial and removes the block at once. When the money shows as available again depends on your bank.

Change your mind
