Connect a Squarespace site

Squarespace connects by approval on Squarespace’s own screen. You never paste a key.

Connect

Section titled “Connect”
  1. Open Sales → Channels and click Add channel.
  2. Choose type Site.
  3. Under Connection, click Connect Squarespace.
  4. Approve Keelvy on Squarespace’s screen.

You return to Channels with the new channel: “Open the new channel to choose which products to send to it.” If the first check fails, the message says so and points to the connection.

If the approval is canceled or takes too long, press Connect Squarespace again. A site already connected to another workspace is refused.

What happens next

Orders arrive by notification as they are placed. Keelvy sends catalog, prices, stock and the shipment with its tracking. New products are created on the store page shown on the connection as Store page.

Product links and returns are not sent. A refund appears on the order itself and is followed there.
