Describe a brand so every AI writes in its voice

A brand profile is a short brief about the brand. Skipper, the copy writer, the alt-text and tag readers, the photo styles and the video action all read it, so a candle brand that is “warm, plain, never medical” gets copy that sounds that way.

  1. Open Settings → Brands.
  2. In the brand’s row, click Profile.
  3. Choose the Language of the profile. A language with no profile yet shows the one in another language until you edit a field.
  4. Fill in the sections:
    • What the brand is: What it is and Positioning.
    • Who it is for: one named audience per entry, with a description. Click Add an audience.
    • How it speaks: Tone of voice in a sentence, Tone words, and examples under Sounds like and Does not sound like.
    • What it promises: Key messages, Never claim (a medical, environmental or price claim the brand must not make) and Product facts that matter.
    • Words and spellings: Words to use and Words to avoid.
    • Look and sound: what music suits the brand, used when a video is made. The logo, colors and photo styles are read from the brand and from the media settings.

Fields save as you type.

  1. Click Draft with AI.
  2. Add a Website page of the brand, and paste any Existing copy, such as an about text.
  3. Click Write a draft. The price is shown first and uses AI credits.
  4. Read the draft. Click Use this draft to replace the parts it covers, or Throw it away.

Nothing is saved until you use the draft. Parts the draft does not mention stay as they are.

The same Settings → Brands screen holds the brand’s name, logo, colors and default SKU rule. See Set up SKU rules and codebooks.
