See stock across every location

Warehouse → Stock matrix puts every product and material down the side and every location across the top. Each cell is the on-hand quantity there.

  • Use the Which items switch for All, Products or Materials.
  • Filter by Category, Brand, Product type, Status, Collection, Material type, Supplier and Location, or search by SKU or name.
  • A cell that shows a dash is zero. A marker on a cell means some stock there is not available yet: in transit, on hold or defective. It is yours but never counted as on hand.
  • Click an item to open its preview, then Open card for the full record.

Switch on Buildable. Each product gets a number: how many more could be made from the materials on hand, through the full chain of ingredients, net of what open production orders have already committed. A product that is not made at that location reads Not made here.

  1. Click a cell. The tooltip says Correct on-hand at this location.
  2. Enter the New on-hand quantity.
  3. Choose the Reason, and for a lot-tracked item the Batch the count was wrong for.
  4. If you are reducing stock, choose the Loss type: Routine wastage or Abnormal loss.
  5. Add a note and click Save correction.

Stock changes only through movements, so this posts one with your reason. A location that does not allow negative stock refuses a correction below zero, unless it permits the override.

Export to Excel and Export to PDF take the rows you are looking at. When the list is long, the export says how many rows it holds out of the total. Narrow the search or the location filter to export the rest.
