In Ukraine: sell on monomarket

In Ukraine. monomarket calls Keelvy: its orders arrive at an address Keelvy gives you, and it reads your prices and stock from a feed. The waybill number goes back as the answer to its status request, the moment you record a dispatch.

  1. Open Sales → Channels and click Add channel.
  2. Choose type Marketplace. Choose a price list in hryvnia.
  3. Under Connection, click Connect a shop and choose monomarket.
  4. Choose an Endpoint login. Make up the Endpoint password yourself, at least 16 characters.
  5. Set Days to dispatch: working days from an order to handing the parcel over, told to monomarket in the feed.
  6. Set Warranty, months if you give one. Leave it empty for none.
  7. Save.

After saving, the connection shows Addresses to give the other system:

  • Order endpoint: monomarket sends orders here, with your login and password.
  • Prices and stock feed: monomarket reads this without a login.

Paste both into the monomarket seller cabinet, with the same login and password you chose. Run Run Preflight on the channel to check them: it warns if the login or password is not set, or the password is too short.

Orders arrive as orders. A courier order carries floor lifting at the buyer’s floor, as the market requires.

A return reaches Keelvy as a cancellation request, which is a decision for a person and appears in the actions queue.

monomarket’s catalog (titles, categories and photos) is its own feed; Keelvy does not write it. Keelvy supplies prices and stock.
