Make a linesheet for wholesale buyers

A linesheet is what you send a buyer before they order: your products with photos, wholesale prices, minimums and terms. It is a channel of its own, generated when you ask. Nothing is stored and no document number is used.

  1. Open Catalog → Linesheets.
  2. Click New linesheet. Or select products on Catalog → Products and choose New linesheet, so the sheet starts with them.
  3. Enter a Name, such as Autumn wholesale 2027. It is also the cover title until you change it.
  4. Choose the Language of the sheet: English or Ukrainian. It sets the sheet’s own words and the product copy it prints.
  5. Optionally choose a Brand. The sheet takes its logo and colors from it.
  6. Click Create and open.

A new sheet starts with the whole catalog. Narrow it under the channel’s product scope. See Add a channel.

Settings save as you type, and the preview shows the saved sheet.

  • Sheet: Title, Season, Valid from, Valid until, and Terms: minimum order, lead time and payment terms in your own words, printed on the last page.
  • Prices and market: the Wholesale price list the sheet quotes. Without one, it shows no prices. Optionally a Suggested retail price list, printed as MSRP beside the wholesale price (WSP). The sheet is in the currency of its list, and nothing is converted. Market is the country the sheet is for: dimensions print in inches for the US and centimeters for most others. Note under the prices adds a line such as “Landed: duties, taxes and fees paid.”
  • What appears: tick the fields each product shows: photo, name, SKU, short description, dimensions, weight, chosen attributes, MOQ, case pack, barcode, wholesale price, suggested retail price and variant rows. What you switch off is missing from the PDF and the spreadsheet alike.
  • Layout: Table is one product per row. The grids put 12, 9, 6, 4 or 3 cards on a page. Hero page sets one large product beside small ones. One per page is a printed product card with several photos. Choose Group products by collection, category or family, and how variants show: Inside, Each variant or Split by option.
  • Look: Strict or Soft mode, fonts, photo corners and frame, paper and accent color, a band at the page foot, and where the logo goes. Choose a light paper: type is printed in dark ink.
  • Cover page: a designed cover with the title, season and contents.

Preview shows the first pages, and a Before you send this sheet list of things to fix: no products on the channel, no wholesale list chosen, products without a price (shown as a dash), prices in another currency (shown as a dash, not converted), or photos that could not be included.
