Create a price list
You need one price list per currency, channel or customer group you sell to. Start with a base list where you type the prices yourself.
Add a base list
Section titled “Add a base list”- Open Sales → Price lists.
- Click Add price list.
- Enter a Name. The Code is generated from it; override the code only if an integration needs a specific one.
- Choose the Currency.
- Leave Calculation type on Manual: prices are entered directly.
- Turn Prices include tax on if the amounts you type already contain tax. Keep it off if tax is added on top.
- Optionally set Valid from and Valid until.
- Click Add price list.
A manual list stores prices exactly as typed. Its rounding is fixed to No rounding.
Mark a default
Section titled “Mark a default”One list per currency can be the default, shown with a star. The default is used when a channel has no list of its own, and it is the headline price in product galleries.
- Open the row’s actions.
- Choose Set as default for the currency.
To remove the star, use Clear default.
Duplicate, archive, restore
Section titled “Duplicate, archive, restore”- Duplicate creates a list without copying its prices.
- Archive switches the list off. Its rules and prices stay, and Show archived then Restore brings it back.
- A price list cannot be deleted. The screen offers Archive instead.
Put prices into it
Section titled “Put prices into it”Open a product, go to Variants & prices, and type an amount into a base list cell. See Set and pin prices on a product.
