In Ukraine: sell on Rozetka

In Ukraine. Rozetka reads your catalog, prices and stock from a price list that Keelvy serves. Its orders are read into Keelvy through the seller API. The waybill number goes back to Rozetka, and so does the link to the sale receipt.

  1. Open Sales → Channels and click Add channel.
  2. Choose type Marketplace. Choose a price list in hryvnia: a product with no price in hryvnia is left out of the price list.
  3. Under Connection, click Connect a shop and choose Rozetka.
  4. Enter the API token. In the Rozetka seller cabinet, open Settings → API security and generate a token for a role that can read categories and orders. If you use no token, enter the Cabinet login and Cabinet password instead.
  5. Enter the Shop name in the price list. Rozetka uses it internally and never shows it to buyers.
  6. Save.
  1. Open Sales → Channels, then More actions → Marketplace mapping.
  2. Choose the Channel.
  3. Under Categories, click Map beside each of your categories. Browse Rozetka’s categories, or enter a Category id and click Find, then Choose.
  4. Set the Price list id: Latin letters and digits. It cannot be changed once goods are listed.
  5. Click Save.

A product whose category is not mapped is not in the price list.

Click Characteristics on a mapped category. For each characteristic Rozetka lists, choose From attribute (one of your attributes), Fixed value (the same for every offer in the category) or Not sent. Rozetka wants at least three.

A characteristic that is a list needs Rozetka’s own value for each of yours. Under Our value → the marketplace’s value, pick the value for each. An attribute with no fixed list of values sends its text, which Rozetka may refuse for a list characteristic.

On the same screen, Price list shows what Rozetka reads now, computed at every fetch with nothing stored: the number of offers, the categories mapped, and the products left out with the reason. Copy the Address to give the marketplace into the seller cabinet, or send it to your Rozetka manager. It never changes.

What the marketplace would object to lists offers with no picture, more than 15 pictures (only the first 15 are sent), fewer than three characteristics, list characteristics without Rozetka’s value, no description, a title longer than 255 characters, a duplicate title, or no brand. Fix these before Rozetka does.

Products left out are listed with the reason: category not mapped, not listed on this channel, no usable offer id (the SKU has no Latin letters or digits), sync stopped for the listing, no price in hryvnia, or a stock setting the price list cannot express.

Rozetka sends no notice of a new order, so Keelvy reads its orders every 20 minutes. Under Orders, Pull orders now reads them at once.

Run Run Preflight on the channel. It checks the price list the way Rozetka does, and warns when Rozetka’s own cash register is on, because a sale would then get two receipts.
