Buy add-on capacity

When a limit on your plan is too small, you can add capacity in blocks without changing plan. You buy blocks yourself, and the limit rises as soon as the payment succeeds.

The Your plan card lists the blocks you have, with their quantities, the next invoice and a projected total itemized by line, so you can see what each block adds to the bill. The size of a block and its price are on the pricing page, in your currency.

  1. Open the Your plan card and choose the block you need, or click the button to buy a block in the message that told you a limit was reached. See When you reach a plan limit.
  2. Set the quantity.
  3. Before you confirm, read what you will pay. The screen shows what is charged now, pro-rated for the rest of the current period, and the new monthly total.
  4. Confirm and pay.

The limit rises as soon as the payment succeeds. Settings → Plan and usage then shows your capacity as, for example, “included + bought as an add-on”.

  • Buy more: a block added now is charged pro rata for the rest of the period, as above.
  • Take a block back in the period you bought it: a block bought in the current period can be refunded pro rata.
  • Buy fewer for the future: reducing the quantity takes effect at the next renewal. Until then you keep the capacity you paid for.

AI credits are not blocks. They are one-off packs, each valid for 12 months, and they are bought on the billing screen. See Check your credit balance and buy more.
