Check your credit balance and buy more
Your balance is under the message box on the Skipper screen, in the More menu of the small Skipper window, and on the billing page. You see what’s left, how much of this month’s allowance remains, and when it renews.
See your balance
Section titled “See your balance”- Open Settings → Billing and find AI credits.
- Credits left is the total you can spend now.
- This month’s allowance shows how much of the plan’s monthly credits remain.
- Bought or granted credits shows what’s left from packs and from credits Keelvy gave you.
Skipper shows the same in a line like “your monthly allowance renews on {date}”. The amount of the allowance depends on your plan; Settings → Plan and usage and the pricing page show it.
How credits are spent
Section titled “How credits are spent”- The monthly allowance goes first.
- Then bought credits, starting with the pack that expires first.
The monthly allowance ends with the month and doesn’t carry over. Bought credits are one-off packs and stay valid for 12 months.
Buy a pack
Section titled “Buy a pack”- Open Settings → Billing → AI credits.
- Under Buy more credits, click the pack you want.
- Pay at the checkout that opens. It’s a one-time payment, not a subscription.
Packs and prices come from the platform and may differ by currency, so the billing page is the place to read them. If you don’t see the packs, your role can’t buy them: ask an administrator. A pack bought is credited when the payment is confirmed.
If you run out
Section titled “If you run out”When no credits are left, Skipper pauses: the box says “Sending is paused” with a link to billing, and nothing you type is sent or charged. AI photo edits and videos are refused the same way. Everything else in Keelvy keeps working. Credits return when the allowance renews, or as soon as you buy a pack.
