Answer the first-run questions
The first time you open a workspace, Keelvy asks a few questions before you see any data. Each one sets something that is awkward to change once records exist.
What you are asked
Section titled “What you are asked”- Welcome — let’s set you up. Your name and your Interface language. Keelvy guesses the language from your browser. A phone number is optional.
- About your company. Company name, website, how you heard about Keelvy, what your company makes and how many people work there. Only the first person in the workspace sees this step. Colleagues you invite never do.
- How your workspace counts. Base currency, Default country and Product language. Everything in the workspace is counted in the base currency, so choose it now. Changing it later asks for an explicit confirmation.
- Time and numbers. Time zone, Number format and Clock. Pick Follow the workspace to read dates the way the workspace does, or Choose my own.
- Signing in next time. An optional password. You are already signed in, and a password is an extra way back, not a requirement. Leave both fields empty to keep signing in the way you do now.
You also tick I have read this and agree on the notice about what happens to your name, language and phone number.
Click Save and continue on each step. Skip for now and Later are there when you want to come back.
Change the answers later
Section titled “Change the answers later”- Your own name, phone and formats (time zone, number format, clock): Settings → My account. See Change your name, email or password. Your own interface language: click your avatar and choose Language. See Change the language.
- The workspace’s country, currencies, locales and time zone: Settings → General. See Set your workspace defaults.
