Send photos for review before they go live
A photo has a working state, so the team knows what is ready: Unsorted, Sorted, In review, Approved or Changes requested. Review asks a named person to look at a photo and answer.
Send photos for review
Section titled “Send photos for review”- Select the photos in Media.
- Click Send for review.
- Under Who should review?, choose people. Any one of them can answer. Only teammates whose role can approve media appear. If nobody does, give a teammate a role that can.
- Add A word for the reviewers, such as what to look for.
- Click Send.
Reviewers are notified, and the photos show In review. Photos already in review are skipped.
You can also mark photos Sorted or Unsorted by hand once you have looked at them. A photo waiting for a reviewer or already approved is left as it is.
Answer a review
Section titled “Answer a review”- Open Reviews in the library, or follow the notification. Waiting for you lists what you were asked.
- Open a review and look at each file. Zoom to check detail.
- Click Approve, or Request changes and write what to change. A comment is required when you send a file back.
- To decide all at once, use Approve all waiting or Send … back with this comment.
A reviewer can click Rework in Studio to fix a photo.
When the last file is answered, the author is told. The photo’s drawer shows who approved or asked for changes, and when.
Follow up
Section titled “Follow up”Reviews → Sent by you shows each request with how many files are waiting, approved and sent back. Click Take back to withdraw the files still waiting. They go back to Sorted.
