See what your plan includes and how much you use
Open Settings → Plan and usage. It answers what you are allowed to do. The bill and payments are on Billing.
Capacity
Section titled “Capacity”Capacity shows one meter per limit your plan sets, counted live when the page loads:
- Seats, the people who can sign in
- SKUs, where every variant counts as its own SKU and a product family does not
- Storage
- Brands
- Sales channels
- Integrations
- Location groups
- Galleries
- Legal entities
- Change journal, how far back the journal reaches
The badge beside each meter reads Fine, a percentage used, At the limit, Over the plan or Over the ceiling. A line such as “included + bought as an add-on” shows capacity added on top of the plan. To add more, see Buy add-on capacity.

What your plan includes
Section titled “What your plan includes”What your plan includes lists every capability the subscription carries, by group. Plans below it shows every plan on sale and what a dearer one would add to what you have. Compare every capability opens the full table.
Why this price
Section titled “Why this price”For a plan with a discount, Why this price says whether the amount is the plan’s list price, a fixed price agreed on a coupon, or a percentage off. Renews shows the next renewal date.
When a meter fills up
Section titled “When a meter fills up”A banner appears in the app as a meter nears its limit, with a link back to this screen. See When you reach a plan limit.
