Create your Keelvy account
An account is you, not a company. It holds no workspace and costs nothing until you create a workspace and choose a plan.
Sign up
Section titled “Sign up”- Open the sign-up page and enter Your name, Email address and Password. Or click Continue with Google, when the page offers it.
- If a security check appears, complete it. Then click Create account. Keelvy emails you a six-digit code.
- Type the code into Code from the email on the same page and click Confirm.
- You land on Your account. From there, start your free trial.
With Google you skip the code, because Google has already confirmed the address.
If the code does not arrive or does not work
Section titled “If the code does not arrive or does not work”- A code works once and lasts one hour.
- Click Send a new code after the short countdown. A newer code replaces the earlier one, so use the latest email.
- Typed the wrong address? Click Use a different address.
- If you reload the page or your phone closes the tab, the page returns to the code step.
If you already have an account
Section titled “If you already have an account”If the address already has an account, the page says “You already have an account” and keeps the address. Type your password and click Sign in, or click Reset password if you forgot it. If the address was never confirmed, a fresh code is sent instead, and the code step opens.
If a colleague invited you
Section titled “If a colleague invited you”Do not sign up. Open the invitation email and click the link in it. See Invite people to your workspace.
