Sell wholesale on Faire
Faire is a wholesale marketplace. Keelvy sends it your catalog, prices and stock, reads its orders, and records what Faire pays you.
Connect
Section titled “Connect”- Open Sales → Channels and click Add channel.
- Choose type Marketplace.
- Under Connection, click Connect Faire and approve on Faire’s screen. Nothing is pasted.
You return to Channels: “Open the new channel to choose its price lists, region and order minimum.”
Set the wholesale terms
Section titled “Set the wholesale terms”On the channel, Wholesale terms:
- Wholesale price list: the price a retailer pays. Empty uses the channel’s own default list.
- Suggested retail price list: shown as the recommended retail price. Empty sends none.
- Region: the Faire region these prices are for (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia or European Union).
- Smallest order, in packs: how many packs of the sale unit a retailer must order.
Set the channel’s Sale unit to In packs if you sell by case. See Add a channel.
What comes in
Section titled “What comes in”Faire orders come in as orders. Keelvy reads Faire’s orders on a schedule, since Faire has no webhook. What Faire pays out and the fees it takes are recorded with each order. A shipment goes back to Faire when you dispatch. Returns are not read from Faire.
