Connect your online store
Connecting a store brings its orders into Keelvy as they are placed and keeps the store’s stock numbers up to date. Nothing is sent to the shop when you connect. Next you choose who owns product content and prices, and you review what would be linked.
Connect from Keelvy
Section titled “Connect from Keelvy”- Open Sales → Channels and click Add channel, or open an existing channel.
- In the channel’s Connection section, click Connect a shop and approve the connection on the store’s own page.
- When it returns, a message says the shop is connected. Open the new channel to choose its price lists, region and order minimum.
You need the right to manage connections, and the Channels capability must be on your plan.
Connect from the store’s admin

A store can be connected to one workspace at a time. If it is already connected elsewhere, disconnect it there first.
Decide who owns what
Section titled “Decide who owns what”In the channel, Who owns what on this shop has three levels:
- The shop owns content and price. Keelvy reads names, photos, descriptions and prices and never pushes them.
- The shop owns content, Keelvy owns price. Keelvy pushes its prices.
- Keelvy owns everything. Keelvy pushes content and prices, and anything you edit in the shop is overwritten on the next push.
Stock always comes from Keelvy and overwrites stock edited by hand in the shop. Moving to a lower level stops the pushes and deletes nothing.
Match the products
Section titled “Match the products”Click Review the shop’s catalog. Keelvy links products by SKU or barcode. A similar name is only a suggestion you confirm with Same product; nothing is linked by name alone. Nothing is written until you finish.
To send listings, use Push to the shop. Preview push comes first, and nothing is removed from the shop unless you tick it.
